- For travelers going from Rochester to MSP, please make sure you choose a shuttle that will arrive at MSP at least 2 hours before your flight if it is domestic and 3 hours for international.
- For high volume days and when there are TSA travel delays please plan an extra 30-90 minutes.
- For travelers going from MSP to Rochester, please make sure you choose a time at least 45 minutes after your flight is scheduled to land.
- Shuttle reservations booked with less time than recommended are done so at the passengers own risk of not making the flight. No refund will be offered if passenger misses a flight if they booked a travel time that did not allow enough lead time at MSP.
- All reservations must be canceled 12 or more hours before the scheduled reservation time to avoid charges.
- Reservations canceled with less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will be given an open ticket to be used on a future reservation, however no refund will be offered.
- * MSP departure at 12:30 am and Rochester Departure at 3:15 am – A $10 overnight fee is added – Base price $59.
- If times do not have anyone booked 2 or less days in advance, Rochester Shuttle Service may close runs at their discretion.
- Shuttle reservations for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day, will have $10 fee added for any reservations made less than 30 before the travel date.
