- For travelers going from Rochester to MSP, please make sure you choose a shuttle that will arrive at MSP at least 1 -1/2 hours before your flight if it is domestic and 2- 1/2 hours for international.
- For travelers going from MSP to Rochester, please make sure you choose a time at least 30 minutes after your flight is scheduled to land.
- Shuttle reservations booked with less time than recommended are done so at the passengers own risk of not making the flight. No refund will be offered if passenger misses a flight and time booked with not enough lead time at MSP.
- All reservations must be canceled 12 or more hours before the scheduled reservation time to avoid charges.
- Reservations canceled with less than 12 hours before the scheduled time will be given an open ticket to be used on a future reservation, however no refund will be offered.
- * MSP departure at 12:30 am and Rochester Departure at 3:15 am base price is $59.
- If times do not have anyone booked 2 or less days in advance, Rochester Shuttle Service may close runs at their discretion.
